9.5 Founding Employer Lifetime Benefit (Limited to ~100 Purchasers)

9.5.1 Offer Summary

A one-time, non-refundable payment (pay-what-you-want, minimum $79 CAD) grants the purchaser eligibility for permanent Founding Employer benefits, subject to the activation requirements and limitations outlined below.

9.5.2 Permanent Benefits (activated only after meeting requirements)

Upon successful activation, Founding Employers receive:

  • Lifetime access to Career Junction’s highest-tier employer plan, including all core posting, visibility, and application-management features that exist now or are added in the future

  • A permanent minimum 75% discount off the then-current public price of the highest-tier plan
→ Example: If the public price becomes $399/mo, a Founding Employer will pay no more than $99.75/mo (billed monthly or annually at Career Junction’s discretion)

  • Permanent listing on the public “Built With” Founder Wall

  • Priority early access to new features, tools, and beta programs

9.5.3 Mandatory Activation Requirements

Lifetime benefits only activate if both of the following are completed within 45 calendar days of payment:

  1. Publish at least one legitimate, non-test job posting via the employer dashboard. A “legitimate job posting” is defined as a real, good-faith open role with a valid title, description, location, and application method. Career Junction reserves the sole reasonable discretion to determine whether a posting qualifies.

  2. Fully complete the Founding Employer feedback survey sent by Career Junction (estimated 3–5 minutes).

9.5.4 Failure to Activate

If both activation requirements are not completed within the 45-day window:

  • Founding Employer lifetime benefits will remain permanently inactive

  • The account will revert to the standard free or equivalent non-promotional employer tier

  • No refunds (full or partial) of the original payment will be issued

9.5.5 Non-Transferability & One Entity Only

Founding Employer benefits are strictly tied to the original purchasing legal business entity and may not be transferred, sold, sublicensed, shared, or used for:

  • subsidiaries

  • parent companies

  • franchises

  • sister companies

  • multiple brands under one corporate owner

  • recruitment agencies, staffing firms, or consultants posting on behalf of multiple client organizations

unless prior written approval is granted by Career Junction.

9.5.6 Revocation

Career Junction may revoke Founding Employer status and convert the account to standard pricing in cases of:

  • abuse or manipulation of the program

  • spam, fraudulent, or misleading job postings

  • illegal, harmful, or deceptive activity

  • material breach of these Terms of Service

9.5.7 Program Finality

This program is strictly limited to approximately 100 purchasers. Once capacity is reached, the Founding Employer Lifetime Benefit will close permanently and will not be reopened under any circumstances.

9.6 Canadian Job Posting Restriction

Career Junction is a Canada-focused hiring platform. Employers may only post job opportunities that are physically located in Canada or that legally constitute employment within a Canadian jurisdiction.
We may remove or reject any job posting originating outside Canada or any posting not intended for Canadian-based workers. Employers who repeatedly attempt to post non-Canadian jobs may have their accounts suspended or terminated.
