Career Junction is a Canadian Company  that leverages AI and advance algorithmic design to provide meaningful results to job seekers and businesses. We strive to revolutionize the job search experience by leveraging cutting-edge technology to match the skills and aspirations of job seekers with the needs of employers. Ensuring our platform provides employers the ability to ensure their hiring goals and objectives are met.

Our Story

Career Junction was born out of one word: frustration. Our founder was navigating job search sites, only to find results limited to location and recent work experience. This frustration ignited the vision that became Career Junction, sketched out on a whiteboard in his home office. Once the ink dried, he knew he had something unique—an approach that went beyond the traditional two-page resume.

Our journey began with a simple landing page, briefly outlining our innovative concept and how we aimed to stand out from the competition. A small advertising campaign brought us nearly 3,000 site visitors in just a week and a half. That's when the real work began.

Our founder started developing the algorithm central to our mission. We then embarked on our launch plan, divided into three phases:

  1. Phase One: Establishing search functionality. We are thrilled to share that this phase has been completed. Your feedback is invaluable, so please share your thoughts!

  2. Phase Two: Enabling businesses to post directly on our site and launching core functionality.

  3. Phase Three: Continuous improvement. Just as you are more than a two-page resume, your opinion matters. We promise to continuously enhance our features and add new ones based on your feedback.
