Hi, I’m Adam. I built Career Junction because I believe Canada deserves a better way to hire.
I grew up on a small farm near a town in Ontario most have likely not heard of. I've worked in automotive manufacturing for over 8 years. What started as a summer job while in College studying computer programming led to a career I definitely didn't predict. Working across manufacturing, robotics, and software taught me how systems really operate, and how often hiring breaks down in local communities.
Why Career Junction?
One night, while searching for jobs myself, I kept seeing the same roles from my resume repeated over and over. I was looking for something new. Something that actually aligned with who I was and what I could contribute.
I remember walking to my whiteboard and asking a simple question: What if jobs matched people, not just resumes?
That idea eventually became Career Junction.
Mission
Career Junction exists to strengthen hiring across Canada by making it easier for employers and job seekers to connect locally.
This is not a short-term project. It is being built deliberately, with long-term sustainability and impact in mind.
