*Job Summary:*

We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals for *window cleaning* in residential settings. This ishands-on role that involves working outdoors, using ladders and tools, and providing 5-star customer service.

*Responsibilities:*

* Clean windows inside and outside of residential homes with attention to detail.
* Safely use ladders and cleaning equipment to reach high areas.
* Communicate professionally with customers to explain services and address any concerns.
* Maintainclean and organized work area.
* Manage time efficiently to complete daily assigned jobs.
* Represent Busy Bee Home Service with professionalism, positivity, and pride.

*Experience:*

* Prior experience in window cleaning is preferred but not required (training provided).
* Comfortable working at heights and outdoors in various weather conditions.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to lift equipment and perform physical tasks safely.
* Valid driver?s license and reliable transportation required.

*Compensation:*

* *Starting pay:* $18/hour during training period.
* *Post-training:* Estimated earnings *$25?$35+/hour* based on performance.
* Commission and bonus opportunities available.
* Additional pay opportunities: *TipsBonuses.*
* Top performers can earn *$1000?$1200+/week*, with room to grow.
* Leadership/Lead Technician roles available for high performers (higher commission rates).

*Job Type:*

* Part-time and full-time opportunities.
* Expected hours: 20?40 per week depending on season and performance.

*Schedule:*

* Monday to Friday
* Day shifts (occasional Saturdays during peak season)
