About the Role
*Duties and Responsibilities:*
* Ability to read and work from blueprints / drawings, including understanding of welding symbols and welding procedures.
* Must be experienced with Stick (SMAW), Mig (GMAW), with the ability to pass an open root horizontal plate test, or 5G/6G open root pipe test.
* Experience with Tig (GTAW), Sub-arc (SAW), and Air Arc Gouging is an asset.
* Experience with pressure equipment fabrication (Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Piping, Assembly, ETC) is preferred.
* Experience with Stainless Steel, and/or any Nickel alloys is preferred.
* Must be willing to work in confined spaces and at heights.
