Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents. Maintain internal record-keeping system. Record shortages and reject damaged goods. Route goods to appropriate storage areas. Unpack goods received. Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments. Oversee loading and unloading of goods. Organize inventories using computerized inventory control systems. Provide customer service. Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials. Record incoming stock. Computer and technology knowledge: Inventory control software. MS Excel. Equipment and machinery experience: Dollies and hand trucks. Pallet lifters. Scanner. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Attention to detail. Repetitive tasks.
