We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Waiters/Waitresses at Tenon Vegan Sushi. As a waiter/waitress, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your friendly demeanour, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
* Present menus to patrons and answer questions regarding menu items and specials.
* Deliver food and beverages to the tables in a timely and efficient manner.
* Provide exceptional customer service by anticipating guest needs, offering suggestions, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
* Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments.
* Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
* Assist with setting up tables, arranging decorations, and maintaining a visually appealing dining environment.
* Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards.

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a waiter/waitress is mandatory.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work well within a team.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
* Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
* Fluent English, Chinese speaking preferred.
