Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS: French essential and spoken EnglishNOTE: Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent provides administrative support to the nursing unit.REQUIREMENTS:High school diploma plus an administrative support program of over one year and up to two years in length or the equivalent;Medical terminology training or completion of training within set deadlines (training available in iTacit);One (1) year of previous experience is required;Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and of other software programs currently used within the Network; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Physical ability to perform the assigned work; Good work history (performance and attendance); Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values; Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalit� Health Network.The above requirements may be verified through oral, written or practical tests during the selection process.Should there be no fully qualified applicants, this position will not necessarily be reposted.
