POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Logistics Department, the Truck Mechanic is responsible for the repair and maintenance of our fleet equipment. HOURS: 10-hour shifts overtime after 40 hours per week KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Complete all repairs and service to fleet equipment consisting of various trucks and trailers Complete pre-safety inspections on equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Adhere to all company policies and applicable regulations Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems Other duties as assigned WE OFFER: $43.73 hourly Employer Paid Benefits plan, including Life Insurance, Disability and Health, Dental and Vision 3% Matched Defined Contribution (DC) pension plan Paid time off (floater, vacation) and shift premiums Uniforms provided Safety shoe/boot program Company provides all required tools Educational Assistance Programs, Scholarship Programs and Apprenticeship Programs EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: License: 310T Knowledge of hydraulics' is considered an asset Good communication skills Able to work with minimal supervision and/or in a team setting AZ driver's license considered an asset Must have basic computer skills.
