Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles). Driver's License (Class 1 or A). First Aid Certificate. Documentation knowledge: Accident or incident reports. Bill of lading. Driver logbook. Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip). Maintenance and repair reports. Trip reports. Type of trucking and equipment: Flatbed. Straight truck (4,600kg or 10,000lbs with 3 axles). Tow truck.
