Technician, Pharmacy

*Overview:*

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists in providing quality patient care and ensuring the safe and efficient administration of medications. *Responsibilities*:

- Use Kroll to process/fill prescription

- Use Kroll to manage pharmacy inventory and Medication Administration Records.

- Assist pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications

- Accurately measure medication quantities and package them appropriately

- Maintain inventory of medications and supplies

- Employees will be responsible for processing batch billing transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely invoicing and compliance with company policies.

- Enter prescription information into the computer system

- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare professionals

- Answer phone calls and address inquiries or concerns

- Adhere to all pharmacy regulations and guidelines

*Qualifications*:

*- MUST HAVE MINIMUM TWO YEAR EXPERIENCE IN PHARMACY IN CANADA ONLY*

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must have prior experience in using Kroll

- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical calculations

- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
