Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. Work setting: Installation. Tasks: Install exterior prefabricated products. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Repair and service exterior prefabricated products. Determine layout and installation procedures. Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations. Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment. Utilize hand and power tools. Test system for leaks using air or liquid pressure equipment. Install domestic, commercial or industrial plumbing fixtures and systems. Install and test water well pumps, piping systems and equipment. Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials. Equipment and machinery experience: Hand tools. Area of specialization: Swimming pools/equipment. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Handling heavy loads. Repetitive tasks.
