Supply Chain Manager

*The Opportunity*

We?re looking for a hands on, drivenSupply Chain Manager to oversee supply chain operations, from procurement to production planning and distribution. This role is key to ensuring product availability, optimizing inventory, and driving cost efficiencies across the business.

You?ll work cross-functionally with production, sales, and suppliers to keep everything moving smoothly.

*What You?ll Do*

* Oversee the full supply chain: procurement, inventory, production planning, and logistics teams
* Develop and execute supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
* Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance
* Lead demand planning and forecasting in collaboration with sales and operations
* Optimize inventory levels
* Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand
* Monitor KPIs and drive improvements
* Identify risks and implement contingency plans to avoid disruptions
* Lead and develop supply chain and planning team members
* Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
* Other duties as may be required

*What You Bring*

* 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (manufacturing preferred)
* Proven experience in planning, procurement, and inventory management
* Strong understanding of supply chain systems (ERP/MRP)
* Experience in the food manufacturing industry is a strong asset
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong leadership and team management experience
* Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Solid understanding of cost control and supply chain optimization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
