Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Order supplies and maintain inventory. Maintain inventory of equipment. Inspect existing buildings for structural defects and fire hazards. Assist in the establishment of unit policies and procedures. Perform safety and security checks. Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
