*Role Overview:*

We are looking for a *high-performing Senior Store Manager / Retail Sales Manager* who can lead the team, drive sales, and create an engaging customer experience. The ideal candidate is confident, results-driven, and an excellent communicator.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow
* Drive sales performance and consistently meet/exceed targets
* Coach and motivate the sales team to improve closing rates
* Deliver outstanding customer service and product recommendations
* Maintain strong knowledge of Apple, Samsung, and computer products
* Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation
* Handle customer inquiries, objections, and escalations professionally
* Track KPIs and prepare sales reports

*Requirements:*

* Proven experience in *retail sales or store management (electronics preferred)*
* Strong ability to *sell, upsell, and close deals confidently*
* Excellent *English communication skills (spoken and written)*
* Energetic, professional, and customer-focused personality
* Leadership experience is a strong asset
* Tech-savvy and quick to learn new products
* Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
