*Job Summary*
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to lead our youth teams (ages 7-14) in developing skills, teamwork, and a love for the game. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and the ability to educate players of various skill levels. This role involves coaching practices, games, and fostering a positive environment for athletes to grow both on and off the field. The candidate will be coaching both boys and girls.

*Responsibilities*

* Develop and implement effective training programs that enhance players' skills and understanding of soccer.
* Conduct regular practices focusing on technical skills, tactics, and physical fitness.
* Educate players on game rules, strategies, and sportsmanship.
* Organize and lead team activities, including practices, games, and tournaments.
* Assess individual player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
* Foster a positive team culture that encourages teamwork, respect, and personal growth.
* Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding player development and team goals.

*Requirements*

* Previous experience in coaching soccer or playing at a competitive level is preferred.
* University students enrolled in Kinesiology or similar educational pathways are preferred.
* Strong knowledge of soccer techniques, strategies, and rules.
* Ability to educate players effectively while maintaining a fun and engaging atmosphere.
* Excellent communication skills to interact with players of all ages and backgrounds.
* A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes teamwork and respect among all participants.
* Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not required.
* Must be able to pass background checks as required by the organization.
