small engine mechanic

Redline Powersports is looking to add *one experienced Small Engine Mechanic* to our team. We?re a busy, independent powersports shop working on a wide range of equipment, and we?re looking for someone who takes pride in solid, reliable work.

*Position Overview*

You?ll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing small engines and powersports equipment. This role is ideal for someone who?s self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced shop environment.

*Responsibilities*

* Diagnose and repair small engines (2-stroke & 4-stroke)
* Service ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes, snowmobiles, generators, and other small engine equipment
* Perform routine maintenance (valves, carburetors, fuel systems, driveline, bearings, etc.)
* Complete work orders clearly and accurately
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Communicate effectively with the shop team

*Requirements*

* Previous experience as a small engine or powersports mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Own basic tools
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Red Seal or formal certification *an asset but not required*
