*About the Opportunity*

Penalta Group Ltd. is hiring a *Site Superintendent* to support active and upcoming ground-up construction projects across the GTA. This need is immediate.

We?re looking for a technically strong site leader with hands-on experience delivering ground-up projects in mixed-use and office/commercial environments. The right candidate understands how buildings come together in the field and can confidently lead site execution from mobilization through close-out.

*What You?ll Do*

* Lead day-to-day site operations on ground-up construction projects
* Plan and manage site sequencing, logistics, schedules, and trade coordination
* Oversee structural and envelope phases with a strong technical lens
* Maintain a safe, organized site with full OHSA compliance
* Coordinate inspections, consultants, and site documentation using Procore
* Identify issues early and resolve them decisively in the field
* Communicate clearly with project teams, subcontractors, and leadership
* Take accountability for safety, quality, and schedule performance

*What You Bring*

* Proven experience as a Site Superintendent on ground-up construction
* Exposure to mixed-use and office/commercial projects
* Strong technical understanding of building systems and site sequencing
* Confident leadership style with the ability to manage multiple trades
* Solid working knowledge of OHSA and site safety requirements
* Comfortable using Procore and standard site reporting tools
* Reliable transportation and flexibility to work across GTA job sites
