Studio Manager ? Tattoo & Piercing Studio (Downtown Toronto)

Top Studio Ink is a boutique fine-line tattoo and piercing studio in downtown Toronto. We are looking for a highly organized, confident, and reliable Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the studio runs efficiently and professionally.

This is a leadership position. We are looking for someone proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable managing people.

Responsibilities:

* Oversee daily studio operations

* Manage front desk team and artist schedules

* Handle client communication, bookings, and conflict resolution

* Monitor cash flow, daily sales, and payment processing

* Track jewelry inventory and reorder supplies

* Ensure compliance with Toronto Public Health standards

* Maintain studio cleanliness and professional presentation

* Support marketing initiatives and promotional events

* Enforce studio policies and standards

Requirements:

* 2+ years experience in management or operations

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills

* Excellent communication and leadership ability

* Comfortable handling cash, POS systems, and booking platforms

* Professional, calm under pressure

* High attention to detail

Ideal Candidate:

* Has experience in a beauty, tattoo, piercing, or aesthetic-based business

* Understands sales and upselling

* Can work independently without constant supervision

* Is assertive but respectful
