_*Position Summary*_

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for coordinating logistics functions, including

receiving, packing, and distribution of goods to our customers. This role requires strong

attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced

environment. Responsibilities may evolve as the company continues to grow.

_*Core Responsibilities*_

? Coordinate the shipping of products to our customers as efficiently as possible

? Coordinate the receiving of our inventory

? Coordinate transportation needs with different departments as required

? Request transportation quotes

? Analyze transportation costs and routes and propose alternative solutions for

additional efficiencies and savings.

? Maintain accurate status updates of shipments, including in-transit notifications and

the estimated time of deliveries;

? Track delayed shipments and put measures in place to resolve issues affecting OTD.

? Prepare and manage key shipping documentation, including bills of lading, shipping

notices, proformas, customs documents, and UPS waybills

? Support general shipping and receiving activities

? May be required to assist with packing and shipping as required

_*Minimum Requirements*_

? Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping/Receiving, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a

similar role

(A junior candidate with strong skills and potential may be considered.)

? Experience preparing BOLs, proforma invoices, customs documents, and carrier

waybills

? Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and other Google Workspace tools

? Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

? Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines

_*Assets (Highly Valued)*_

? Experience using Accumatica (major asset)

? College diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

? Experience operating counterbalance forklifts and reach trucks

_*Physical Requirements*_

? Ability to lift and handle objects up to 25 kg

? Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift
