We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our growing organization $50,000 to $60,000 Annually Job description: The coordinator of shipping operations ensures the proper execution of deliveries on the floor. He ensures that each order goes in the right truck, with the right merchandise and the right documentation. He anticipates the shortages, coordinates with production and the warehouse, and ensures that the plan for the week is respected. It is a key role in ensuring the accuracy, fluidity, and punctuality of shipments. Responsibilities Supervises shipping operations on the floor. Verify that the loaded products match the shipping documents. Ensure that each order is directed to the correct carrier. Track stock availability and report any missing in production or warehouse. Collaborate with the logistics department for weekly planning. Supervise the preparation and loading team. Maintain a safe and organized work environment. Profile sought: Experience in shipping, logistics or team coordination (2 to 5 years). Good sense of organization and attention to detail. Natural leadership and team spirit. Ability to manage priorities and communicate effectively. Knowledge of an ERP and Excel (an asset). French spoken and written, functional English.
