shipping and receiving clerk

Our company is looking for an long term individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to join our Shipping and Receiving department. This is a great opportunity for those looking to work in a fast-paced environment, as the successful candidate will be responsible for moving and sorting fast-moving inventory. This position is part of the shipping and receiving department, so you'll be working alongside peers in a very busy warehouse setting.

Responsibilities:

* Receive, store, and ship goods.
* Retrieve and package items for shipping.
* Stock inventory and shipping supplies.
* Maintain general warehouse cleanliness
* Physical effort/lifting - up to 10 pounds; light - up to 20 pounds; medium - up to 50 pounds; heavy - over 50 pounds
* Forklift Certification is required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
