Paladin Security Group (NB) Ltd. is looking for individuals who could work on multiples environment.Position Details:Position: Casual Security Guard (possibility to get Full-Time)Site: Multi-SitesOvertime: Overtime (excess of 44 hours)Hours: As neededPayrate: $ 20/hourPosting Date: February 26, 2026Internal Closing Date: June 30, 2026External Closing Date: June 30, 2026Key responsibilities:Patrol Grounds: Conduct regular rounds of premises, including parking areas, hallways, entrances, and exits, to ensure the safety and security of the site.Monitor Surveillance Systems: Operate security cameras and alarm systems, ensuring any suspicious activity is reported immediately to the appropriate authorities.Access Control: Monitor and control entry points, ensuring that only authorized individuals are allowed access to restricted areas.Respond to Emergencies: Act quickly in emergency situations, such as medical emergencies, fire alarms, or security threats. Assist staff as needed during crises and evacuations.Provide Customer Service: Greet and assist visitors, and staff. Provide directions and ensure that guests adhere to policies and procedures.Conflict Resolution: De-escalate tense situations, resolve conflicts, and ensure that all interactions are handled calmly and professionally.Report Writing: Document daily activities, incidents, or accidents accurately.
