BPS Protective Services K-9 Inc. is the largest security K-9 company in Western Canada. We are looking for energetic, reliable and self-motivated people to become a member of our team.

Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor premises regularly to maintain a safe and secure environment

- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to ensure the safety of employees, visitors, and property

- Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas

- Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

- Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances

- Monitoring video surveillance for any unusual activity

- Follow proper company policies and procedures

- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed

Qualifications

- Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred

- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail

- Able to react appropriately in stressful situations

- Effective communications skills, both verbal and written

- Physical fitness and the ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus

Requirements

- Valid Alberta Security Licence

- No Criminal Record

- Skilled in proper report writing and note taking

- Be willing to keep up with the physical requirements of the job
