*Key Responsibilities:*

* *Vigilant Patrolling:* Conduct patrols across diverse settings, ensuring safety and security.
* *Incident Response:* Respond swiftly to alarms and incidents, using your training to manage situations effectively.
* *Law Enforcement:* Enforce property rules, city by-laws, and applicable laws, while deterring crime.
* *Emergency Management:* Be the first line of defense in emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement when necessary.
* *Customer Service:* Provide exceptional service to clients and patrons, ensuring a secure environment for all.
* *Conflict Resolution:* De-escalate volatile situations and, when necessary, escort or detain individuals according to policy.

*What We?re Looking For:*

* *Licensed Security Officer:* Must hold a valid Manitoba security license.
* *Driver's License:* A clean driver's abstract and a valid Class 5 driver's license are required.
* *Communication Skills:* Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, especially for report writing.
* *Physical Readiness:* Ability to respond quickly and manage physical demands, including escorting and detaining individuals.
* *First Aid & CPR:* A valid First Aid and CPR Certificate is required.

*Premium Pay for Certified Professionals:* We offer premium pay for hires who hold valid certificates in Use of Force Training (Handcuffing and Baton), NVCI or de-escalation training, and First Aid & CPR.
