*Overview*
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves engaging with customers, providing exceptional service, and assisting with product sales in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology sales or product demos are highly valued. *Duties*
* Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
* Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding
* Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments
* Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
* Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays
* Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding store policies, promotions, and store layout
* Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
* Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and clean throughout the shift
* Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
* Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth store operations
*Qualifications*
* Previous retail sales experience is preferred; experience in technology or electronics sales is a plus
* Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical products clearly
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
* Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions
* Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of merchandising principles and POS systems is advantageous
* Ability to perform product demos confidently and effectively
* Time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
* Professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if required

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
