We bring our ideology to life through our people, and we are currently looking for Part-Time Sales Associates.

VIP Budtenders are an amazing mix of product specialists, customer service superstars and brand ambassadors. They are creative and service driven individuals, who have a passion for the vape and cannabis culture and provide a unique shopping experience for any type of customer. As the first point of contact for our guest, they will set the tone in delivering a world class guest experience through engagement, industry expertise and authentic relationship building by efficiently directing customers to their desired product, experience and price point.

*Key Duties & Responsibilities (Sales & Customer Service)*

* This role requires flexibility to work at Multi locations
* Greet customers throughout the day in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner
* Verify government-issued ID upon customer entry
* Engage with customers to understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis use
* Provide accurate and knowledgeable product information through ongoing formal and informal learning
* Convert customer needs into sales while meeting or exceeding individual and store sales targets
* Create a warm, engaging store environment and build trust and rapport to encourage repeat business
* Represent and promote the VIP Cannabis brand positively and professionally
* Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to uphold brand standards
* Operate a cannabis-compliant POS system and cash register accurately
* Maintain compliance with all provincial and federal laws, training, and certifications
* Conduct audits in a timely manner and report discrepancies to the appropriate personnel
* Organize and maintain the storage room
* Assist with deliveries when required (must be able to drive)
* Perform other duties as assigned

*Qualifications & Requirements*

* Minimum 19 years of age
* Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
* Sound knowledge of vaping and cannabis products
* Successful completion of a criminal background check
* Knowledge of provincial and federal retail vape and cannabis regulations
* Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Availability on weekdays and evenings
* Strong attention to detail and ability to complete audits accurately

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
