*The Role:*

We?re looking for energetic, friendly, and knowledgeable Sales Associates who are passionate about cannabis and customer service. You?ll create a welcoming environment, educate customers, and deliver an outstanding in-store experience while contributing to a positive, team-focused culture.

*Schedule & Availability*

* Part-time casual position, 15 - 30 hours per week
* Flexible availability required (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
* Shifts between *8:30 AM ? 10:30 PM*, including last-minute coverage

*Key Responsibilities*

* Provide exceptional, professional customer service and cannabis education
* Guide customers to the right products and promote responsible consumption
* Drive sales through product knowledge and suggestive selling
* Greet customers and verify ID (25 & under policy)
* Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
* Maintain product knowledge, including new releases and industry trends
* Assist with merchandising, restocking, inventory, and store cleanliness
* Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations
* Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally
* Ensure compliance with all AGCO regulations and company policies
* Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous improvement

*Qualifications*

* Minimum 19 years of age
* Valid Ontario CannSell Certification (required)
* Clean criminal background check
* 1 year experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service (cannabis experience an asset)
* Passion for cannabis and eagerness to learn and educate others
* Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Experience with POS systems (COVA/Dutchie an asset)
* Ability to lift 5?20 lbs
