*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused *Sales Associate* to join our team at *Needs Convenience*. The ideal candidate enjoys helping others, takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized store, and provides friendly, efficient service to every guest. As a Sales Associate, you?ll support day-to-day operations in our convenience store, fuel station, and car wash, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for customers.

*Duties*

* Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with purchases, fuel, and car wash transactions
* Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, including cash, debit, credit, and *lottery* sales
* Maintain stock levels by restocking shelves, coolers, and supplies as needed
* Keep the *store, forecourt, and car wash areas clean and safe* at all times
* Follow company policies and legal requirements for *tobacco, lottery, and age-restricted products*
* Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks, including garbage removal and car wash bay checks
* Monitor fuel pumps for safety and report any spills or equipment issues promptly
* Assist with inventory, deliveries, and merchandising to ensure the store is organized and visually appealing
* Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive, professional environment

*Experience*

* Previous experience in retail, gas station, or customer service roles is an asset (training provided)
* Strong communication skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable handling cash and performing basic math
* Reliable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
