Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: At heights. Work setting: Various locations. Tasks: Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Repair roofing systems. Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or other masonry surfaces below or above ground level. Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools. Install sheet metal flashings. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Handling heavy loads. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots.
