We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team in a full-time, permanent capacity. Schedule: Monday to Friday (Shift times to be discussed) Position Summary Reporting to the Production Manager , this role will be primarily responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day activities of production employees. This role also oversees the operation of machinery and equipment used to produce a variety of food products, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. Roles and Responsibilities: Supervise, support, and motivate production employees in all areas, including safety, quality, and productivity. Address employee concerns in a timely manner in collaboration with the Production Manager. Track employee time and attendance through Ceridian Dayforce. Coordinate with staffing agencies to schedule temporary workers, approving timesheets, and assisting with shift transitions. Provide coaching, feedback, and support in a constructive and respectful manner; administer progressive discipline when required. Manage manufacturing processes, troubleshoot any production related issues, and ensure efficient operations. Coordinate with the maintenance department on preventative maintenance equipment repairs Train employees and ensure all team members are properly trained and signed off on required SOPs.
