Join our dynamic team as a *Restoration Technician*, where you will play a vital role in helping clients recover from devastating fire and water damage events. This energetic position involves performing cleaning, restoration, and remediation tasks to restore properties to their original condition. You will work hands-on with a variety of tools and equipment. Your efforts will directly contribute to helping families and businesses rebuild and recover after emergencies, making a meaningful impact every day.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform thorough cleaning of fire-damaged and water-damaged structures, including debris removal, surface cleaning, and deodorization
* Conduct fire restoration tasks such as soot removal, smoke odor elimination, and structural cleaning
* Execute water damage restoration processes like water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation
* Sorting Contents and making sure if it's salvageable or repaired
* Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for demolition, cleaning, and repair tasks
* Assist with asbestos abatement and mold remediation procedures following safety protocols
* Support carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, and other specialized restoration services as needed
* Follow industry standards for restoration work to ensure quality results and client satisfaction

*Experience*

* Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred; familiarity with fire and water damage repair is a plus
* Hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
* Knowledge of cleaning techniques specific to fire damage, water damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement
* Ability to work in physically demanding environments while maintaining safety standards
* Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
* Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
