Pay Commission Based Salary Duties Perform customized massage therapy sessions based on client needs and preferences Assess clients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans Maintain detailed and accurate client records, including treatment notes and progress Educate clients on self-care techniques and post-treatment recommendations Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment in compliance with health regulations Stay current with industry best practices, techniques, and continuing education requirements Promote wellness services to clients and assist with appointment scheduling as needed Skills Proficiency in medical terminology related to anatomy, physiology, and massage therapy techniques Excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and supportive environment for clients Strong communication skills for effectively explaining treatments, listening to client concerns, and providing guidance Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Compassionate demeanour with a genuine interest in helping clients improve their health and relaxation goals This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives through therapeutic massage while working in a supportive team environment.
