While orthodontic experience (in general practice or specialty offices) is a plus, we're excited to train motivated individuals ready to advance their skills and learn our ways.

*Key Responsibilities and Attributes:*

* Patient care
* Individual problem solving skills identifying next steps in orthodontic treatment under the guidance of orthodontists
* Indirect bonding of custom orthodontic brackets and custom printed band placement
* Archwire changes
* Intra-oral digital scans
* Taking photos
* Debonding appliances
* Placement of lingual wires
* Sterilization processes
* X-rays
* Confidence in patient/parent communication
