We?re looking for a *Registered Dental Assistant* to join our small, growing team.

*What You?ll Do*

* Support the Dentist chairside and help appointments run smoothly
* Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments
* Take digital X-rays and impressions
* Help patients feel cared for and informed throughout their visit
* Maintain sterilization and infection control standards
* Contribute to daily flow and clinic systems as we grow

*What You Bring*

* Active registration as an RDA in Alberta
* Experience in a modern, digital practice
* Advanced Practice Authorizations in orthodontics, prosthodontics, and probing
* A flexible mindset and an eagerness to learn
* A thoughtful, organized approach to your work
* An interest in shaping how we work ? contributing ideas and helping build something from the ground up
* A genuine interest in being part of a new practice built on intention and care
