We are a locally owned dental practice seeking a motivated RDA who enjoys connecting with people, works well in a team, and is looking to grow in a supportive, collaborative environment.

*About the Position*

You will be involved in a wide range of treatments including implants, oral surgery, endodontics, clear aligners, crowns and bridges, resin infiltration, and full mouth reconstruction. This role is suited for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work and is eager to continue developing their skills.

*Duties*

* Assist with restorative, surgical, oral surgery, orthodontic, and pediatric procedures
* Prepare rooms, sterilize instruments, and manage equipment
* Take dental radiographs
* Manage and update patient records in Open Dental
* Provide clear pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
* Support front desk duties when required
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment

*Requirements*

* Certified Registered Dental Assistant
* Experience with Open Dental is an asset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Willingness to learn, grow, and accept feedback
* Professional, dependable, and committed to patient-centered care
