Education: Bachelor's degree. Work setting: Room and board provided. Camp. Children's camp. Summer camp. Tasks: Develop and manage programs and services. Provide technical and professional advice. Develop policies and procedures to implement programs. Manage the daily operations of a sport or recreational organization. Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Direct fundraising drives. Recruit and hire staff. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Perform administrative tasks. Lead groups and individuals in recreational or leisure programs. Coordinate projects and programs. Supervision: 11-15 people. Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel. Travel expenses paid by employer. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Flexibility. Judgement. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
