*Job Summary*
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in medical or dental offices is a plus, but we welcome candidates with any customer service experience and a friendly demeanor.

*Requirements*

This position is a Summer Canada Job, so we are preferably looking to hire someone young and/or BIPOC to support upcoming youth.

*Duties*

* Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
* Assist with patient or client check-in/check-out processes, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars using our Healthquest Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
* Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
* Manage multi-line phone systems, directing and undertaking calls appropriately with professional phone etiquette
* Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and organizing documents
* Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times
* Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

*Qualifications*

* Customer service experience in office administration, clerical work, or front desk reception preferred, but not required
* Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace
* Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously
* Strong typing, proofreading, and organizational skills
* Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
* Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a busy setting
