Receptionist

Seeking a highly motivated, responsible self starter who is reliable with a passion for customer service and sales to join our growing family.

We are hiring for Monday-Friday evenings and weekends, with the opportunity for additional shifts.

Day-to- Day Responsibilities include

Customer Service: Candidate will bring a positive atmosphere to the workplace and understands that clients are the reason for our work not an interruption of it.

Membership contracts and data entry: Candidate will give tours of the facility, use sales techniques to increase memberships, and process all types of membership forms (memberships, cancellations, holds, personal training) accurately.

Gym Security: Candidate will ensure all clients are checked in to the facility and are active members. The candidate must be comfortable with stopping non-clients from entering the building.

Cleaning: Candidate will maintain the cleanliness of the building for the duration of their shift.

Requirements:

Candidate must be an outgoing individual with knowledge of the fitness industry.

Candidate must be comfortable learning legal contracts and computer entry.

This position requires basic math abilities. The candidate must be able to calculate totals independently.

Cleaning and customer service experience is an asset.

Candidate must be a mature adult with a valid driver's license to apply.

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
