_Formerly YEG Injectionist, The Injectionist & Aesthetics is seeking a part time receptionist._

*THIS JOB WILL BE WEDNESDAYS TO SATURDAYS 10AM-6PM & MOVING INTO A FULL TIME POSITION*

Duties will include but not limited to:

* - Answering phones & emails
* - Booking clients accordinly
* -Triaging clientele into treatment rooms for treatment
* - Completing paperwork and daily tracking
* - Attending to clients visiting clinic
* - Light cleaning
* - Ensuring waitlists are tended to in order and priority
* - Cashing out clients
* - Re-booking clients
* - Selling products/ Product knowledge (provided)
* - Answering information about our treatments and prices (provided)
* - Sending off review requests
* - Ensuring inventory lists are accurate
* -Marketing when needed
* - Assistance in daily operations

Receptionist/Administrative experience required - _2 year minimum._
