*Job Overview*
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. We are looking for *full time position Mondays to Fridays 8 am to 4 pm.*
*Duties*
* Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
* Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately while maintaining phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, including maintaining client records and scheduling appointments.
* Handle filing and organization of documents to ensure efficient office management.
* Support administrative functions, including calendar management and clerical duties.
* Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a positive impression.
* Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
*Skills*
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
* Strong computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective time management.
* Experience in front desk operations or similar roles is preferred, including dental or medical receptionist experience.
* Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
* Familiarity with office management practices and administrative procedures is beneficial.
* *MOA certification preferred*
* Typing proficiency for efficient data entry tasks is essential.
