Receiver

*Job Summary*
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Receiver to join our dynamic warehouse team! As a key player in our logistics operation, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments to ensure seamless warehouse distribution. Your role will support efficient order fulfillment, inventory management, and shipping & receiving processes. *Key Responsibilities*

* Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices
* Work safely at all times while following all company safety policies and warehouse procedures
* Count and inspect all received parts for accuracy, damage, shortages, defects, or quality issues
* Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the appropriate team promptly
* Enter receiving data accurately into inventory and ERP systems to maintain accurate records
* Put away materials in designated warehouse locations and route items to the appropriate departments as needed
* Process receiving documents in Epicor and upload vendor documents into DocLink
* Purchase department-required items through Epicor
* Maintain inventory accuracy, traceability, and accountability through proper labeling and recordkeeping
* Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
* Move, unload, store, and organize materials to support efficient warehouse flow
* Prepare and process returns for incorrect, damaged, or unsatisfactory items, including required documentation and repackaging
* Follow warehouse safety procedures and safe material handling practices at all times
* Perform general warehouse and material handling duties as assigned
* Perform other duties as assigned

*Requirements*

* 1 years of warehouse experience, including shipping and receiving, preferred
* Valid forklift certification is an asset
* Experience safely operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks
* Familiarity with warehouse management systems and ERP systems; experience with Epicor and DocLink is an asset
* Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and inventory-related systems
* Strong math, organizational, and time management skills
* High attention to detail with a focus on stock accuracy and order fulfillment
* Ability to identify shipment errors, damages, and discrepancies before materials reach production
* Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe material handling practices
* Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
* Team-oriented, dependable, and proactive

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
