Trade-Mark Industrial Inc. is a prestigious multi-trade contractor renowned for our exceptional services in Southwestern Ontario and several states across the U.S. through our sister company.

*Position Summary:*

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Clerk to enhance our Purchasing team. This pivotal role involves a variety of key responsibilities designed to streamline our purchasing process. You will play an essential part in processing purchase orders, maintaining order records, accurately receiving inbound shipment documents, and ensuring that vendor information is always up to date. Your attention to detail will be crucial as you accurately enter purchase order pricing and quantities into our ERP system.

*Job Responsibilities:*

* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Purchasing department, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
* Assist in vendor purchase order entry using our specialized software systems, Eclipse.
* Carefully receive packing slips against purchase orders within our system, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
* Maintain organized and accurate documentation, files, and reports in strict accordance with company policies and practices.
* Execute the vital 3-way matching process for vendor invoices, purchase orders, and packing slips to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
* Collaborate with team members to tackle and resolve any pricing and quantity variances that may arise.
* Update and manage the pricing database to reflect the most current information.
* Undertake additional clerical and administrative tasks as required to support team objectives.

*Qualifications:*

* A college diploma is required.
* A minimum of 2 years of relevant clerical or data entry experience.
* Previous data entry experience within a Purchasing department is highly advantageous.
* Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and vendors.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and other Windows-based programs to facilitate day-to-day tasks.
* A high level of accuracy and speed in data entry is essential for success in this role.
