Shift Work ? Varying from 7am to 7pm

8 hours/day

The _*Bigstone Referral Unit*_ in Wabasca, Alberta is seeking one (1) Full-time Referral Clerk to join our talented Bigstone Referral Unit team. *Duties and Responsibilities:*

* Answer switchboard
* Schedule trips out of town and locally
* MTRS/MTDS data entry daily
* Arrange flights
* Arrange out-of-town accommodations
* Arrange out of town taxi/bus services

*Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:*

* Good knowledge of office procedures
* Be extremely observant to detail and accuracy
* Must be able to work in a diverse environment with frequent interruptions
* Good written and oral communication skills
* Good organizational skills
* Must be a team player and able to work with minimal supervision
* Confidentiality is strictly enforced
* Develop strong relationships and work cooperatively with drivers and clients
* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to type 35 wpm
* Experience with MS Office databases and other related software applications

*Education and Experience:*

· High School Education is an asset

· 2 years of Clerical experience required

· Valid Class 5 driver?s license

· Must be able to do shift work (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)

· Speak and understanding the Cree language is an asset

· Must have reliable transportation
