About the Role
Hillcrest Properties is Hamilton's leading provider of student housing and manages a portfolio of multi-use buildings throughout the city. We are hiring a Property Manager to join our team as we grow.
As our new Property Manager, you will join our full-time team of 6 including our Office Coordinator, Professional Cleaner, and three Maintenance Technicians, all overseen by our General Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and oversight of our properties. You will get to work with an exciting team in a positive environment and interact with our hundreds of amazing tenants - the students at our McMaster residences are the leaders of tomorrow!
The successful applicant will have property management and business administration experience, and familiarity with maintenance, repair, and construction. A good work ethic, a positive attitude, and confident problem-solving skills are must-haves.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
