*Job Overview*
As a Procurement Officer, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing specialized automotive parts, paints, and related materials essential to our operations. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:

*Duties*

* Assessing organizational requirements and developing clear technical and commercial specifications for OEM and aftermarket automotive parts, paints, and related materials.
* Evaluating supply market risks, including potential shortages, shipping delays, and price fluctuations, and recommending mitigation strategies.
* Inviting vendors, consulting with suppliers, sourcing new vendors, and reviewing quotations and proposals to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Negotiating contract terms and conditions with suppliers, logistics providers, and manufacturers, and issuing purchase orders.
* Developing and maintaining long-term supplier relationships and monitoring supplier performance.
* Identifying cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities while ensuring product quality and continuity of supply.
* Establishing and coordinating logistics and delivery schedules with warehouse and operations teams.
* Monitoring procurement progress and resolving supply chain or delivery issues in a timely manner.

*Skills*

* Proficiency for procurement management and materials planning.
* Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in contract negotiation and supplier management.
* Knowledge of supply chain management principles, logistics, sourcing strategies, and category management.
* Experience with procurement tools including purchasing platforms, pricing analysis, and supply chain software.
* Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality management standards, and production planning techniques.
* Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration across departments including logistics, materials management, and production teams
