*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, attention to detail, and the ability to read blueprints accurately.

*Responsibilities*

* Set up and operate press brake machines to produce parts as per engineering specifications.
* Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the proper bending sequences and tooling requirements.
* Conduct quality inspections of finished products using calipers and other measuring tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
* Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during operation.
* Collaborate with team members in assembly and production processes, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols.
* Utilize hand tools, basic power tools, and some assembly techniques as needed in the manufacturing process.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all safety standards.

*Skills*

* Proficient in operating press brake machines with a solid understanding of CNC programming.
* Experience with crane and forklift operation is preferred.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic math calculations related to machining processes.
* Familiarity with quality inspection techniques and assembly processes within a manufacturing environment.
* Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical specifications effectively.
