Plumber

This role requires mechanical knowledge, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the capability to perform heavy lifting. *Duties*

* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances.
* Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
* Ensure compliance with all local plumbing codes and regulations.
* Provide accurate estimates for services and inform customers about necessary repairs or upgrades.
* Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Assist in inventory management of plumbing tools and materials.

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience as a plumber.
* Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot plumbing systems.
* Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is a plus.
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks.
* Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during installations or repairs.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Decent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
