Brady & Seidner has built a strong reputation servicing high-rise and condominium properties across the GTA. We're growing our service division and looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber who has hands-on experience working in multi-residential or commercial high-rise environments ? someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented service role and takes pride in representing a company known for quality.

Job Responsibilities

* Performing service, repairs, and new installations in high-rise residential buildings
* Servicing and maintaining mixing valves and building plumbing/heating systems
* Completing building retrofits and coordinating with building management
* Mentoring and supervising apprentices on site
* Representing Brady & Seidner professionally with clients, building staff, and the public

What We're Looking For

*Required:*

* Valid 306A Journeyman Plumber licence *or* confirmed 5th-Year apprentice status
* Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, with a significant portion in *high-rise or multi-residential buildings* ? this is the core of the role
* Valid Ontario G driver's licence with a clean driving record
* Strong communication skills ? you'll deal directly with building managers and residents

*Assets (not required, but will set you apart):*

* Cross Connection Control (CCC) Backflow License
* Mixing valve service experience
* Experience supervising apprentices
* Familiarity with building mechanical rooms and large-scale plumbing systems
* Cross-connection investigation experience

A note on experience: Residential service experience is a plus, but our work is rooted in the high-rise and condominium environment. Candidates with strong single-family residential backgrounds but limited high-rise experience are encouraged to be upfront about this ? we value honesty and will assess fit accordingly.

Schedule

* Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
* On-call rotation (shared among the team)
