*Job Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our construction and maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience working with various tools and schematics. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The Plumber will play a vital part in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and functionality of plumbing infrastructure while adhering to safety standards and building codes.

*Duties*

* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints and schematics
* Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to ensure accurate installation and repairs
* Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other construction tools to complete tasks efficiently
* Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required for installation or repairs
* Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future issues
* Collaborate with HVAC technicians, carpenters, and other tradespeople to coordinate work efforts
* Troubleshoot issues using basic math skills to diagnose problems accurately
* Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
* Maintain a clean work environment and document completed tasks for record-keeping

*Requirements*

* Proven experience in plumbing, construction, or maintenance roles with a strong understanding of mechanical systems
* Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
* Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams accurately
* Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and assembly techniques
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations during installation or repairs
* Experience with carpentry or related construction skills is desirable
* Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently
* Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Valid certification or license as required by local regulations (if applicable)
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments including residential or industrial sites

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 80 per week
